- A. ACTION: Consideration of the Ocean Protection Council and Sea Grant Partnership for Ocean and Coastal Research, and possible: 1) determination that it is a high priority project, and 2) authorization for the Council’s Secretary to disburse up to $1,000,000 for its implementation.

ACTION: Consideration of the Sustainable Fisheries Revolving Loan Fund planning project, and possible: 1) determination that it is a high priority project, and 2) authorization for the Council’s Secretary to disburse up to $101,300 for its implementation.
Marina Cazorla, State Coastal Conservancy - C. ACTION: Consideration of the California and the World Ocean ’06 conference, and possible: 1) determination that it is a high priority project, and 2) authorization for the Council’s Secretary to disburse up to $150,000 for its implementation.
