OPC is Hiring an Administration and Finance Manager – Apply by January 30, 2024
We are hiring an Administration and Finance Manager to lead OPC’s grants and contracts administration, budgets, fiscal drills and analysis, accounting, and other administrative duties, as needed.
Applicants should have experience managing state and organizational budgets, accounting, processing invoices, and FI$CAL (including purchase orders, reconciling FI$Cal and departmental reports). Strong attention to detail, high-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks is a must. Experience with state bond funds and project management is preferred but not required.

Completion of the Staff Services Manager I examination is required, and exam scores must rank in the top three tiers within the applicant pool to be further considered in the application process.
Flexible Work Schedule: This position is considered Remote-Centered, which means the incumbent would telework 50% or more of the time within a work month from an alternate work location. The position incumbent can telework with a management-approved telework agreement and schedule. OPC staff are required to work from the office in Sacramento a minimum of two days a month.
